The Skillbuilders Club is available for
K-1-2 students to enhance foundation skills in math and reading.
Sponsored by SC Johnson and the Racine Public Library, fourth and fifth grade students read and study some of the best books written. Teams compete against other schools throughout the city in a book trivia type contest.
Crazy 8s Math offers innovative, creative and fun opportunities for students in grades K-1-2 to practice math through music, movement and making things. Its described as
"Math gone wild"!
Middle school students have the opportunity to help take photographs and design the school yearbook.
Curling has been described as "chess on ice". Curling Club is held at the Racine Curling Club and is offered to students in grades 6-7-8.
STEM Club invites students to explore science, technology, engineering and math with engaging and interactive activities. Offered to grades K-1-2 during the winter session.
Travel the world and learn about different countries and cultures through food, art, music and fun activities. Offered to grades 3-4-5 during the winter session.
Actors and actresses in grades 3-4-5 are called to the stage to learn about performance and the theater.
Study Club is available to students in grades 3-8 twice a week. During study club students work on their homework and are able to get help from mentor students or teachers when needed.
